Accessibility

A welcome that works for everyone.

Saffron Inn is committed to making the property and this website usable by guests of every ability. Here is how we do that, and how to ask for more if you need it.

Last updated April 2026.

At the property

We have ADA-accessible rooms available on request, with roll-in showers, grab bars, and lever hardware. We offer free on-site parking, and the path from car to ground-floor rooms is short and step-free.

Service animals are welcome in all guest rooms and public areas, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. There is no fee for service animals. Please tell us at check-in so we can accommodate any specific needs.

If you need a specific accommodation we have not listed — visual, hearing, mobility, dietary, or otherwise — call ahead and we will do everything we can to set it up before you arrive.

On this website

This website is built and maintained against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target. We design for keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, meaningful alt text on images, sufficient color contrast, and clear focus indicators.

Animations on the site respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting in your operating system. If you have that enabled, scroll-reveal and decorative motion will be disabled automatically.

Known gaps & ongoing work

Accessibility is a craft, not a checkbox. We test this site with keyboard-only navigation and a screen reader, and we audit it again every time we ship a meaningful change. Some areas — particularly the photo gallery once real photography is in — will need re-review.

If you find something on this website that does not work for you, email saffroninnme@gmail.com. We will fix it as quickly as we can and credit the fix to your report if you would like.
